Final report for PETAA research project now complete

In 2016, ALPAA members Helen Harper and Bronwyn Parkin won a research grant from the Primary English Teachers' Association of Australia (PETAA) to investigate how to use scaffolding strategies with science and maths. Their research sites were Maningrida College in Arnhem Land with Indigenous students and Cowandilla Primary School in suburban Adelaide, with a high proportion of ESL students.

The research project is the topic for our next Brainwaves Forum to be held in April. (See Professional Development or Events on this page.)
